Collect your guests' photos with a simple link.

How it works

An upload link (or contribution link) is a web address you share with your guests. When they open it on their phone or computer, they pick their photos and send them straight into your project. They have no account to create and no app to install.

You stay in control: you decide what is accepted, and you can pause the link, give it an end date or protect it with a password.

Create the link on a computer

1. Open your project in the studio and click Share, at the top of the editor.
2. Go to the Uploads tab, then click Create upload link.
3. Give it a name, for example "Wedding photos", and choose the accepted File types: images only, videos only, or both.
4. Adjust the options if needed: maximum size per file, total quota, maximum number of files, expiry date, password and instructions shown to your guests.
5. Confirm: the link appears in the list with an Active badge. All that's left is to share it.

Create the link on a phone

If you create your project on mobile, the wizard takes care of it: at the Sharing step, an upload link is created automatically, and the photos you receive are added straight to the slideshow. On the project page, the Guest uploads section then offers Copy link and QR Code.

Share the link with your guests

On the link's card, the QR code & share button opens a window with:

• the link's QR code, to download as a high-resolution PNG and print;
• one-click copying of the link;
• direct sharing via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or your phone's share menu.

What your guests see

1. They open the link (or scan the QR code). If you set a password, they enter it; if you asked for their name, they type it in.
2. They tap Choose photos / videos and select their files. iPhone photos (HEIC) are accepted.
3. They confirm they hold the rights to their content, then start the upload. They can add more files while it's uploading; if the connection drops, the upload resumes on its own.
4. A message confirms that the files arrived, and they can Send more files.

Moderate or add automatically

By default, each file you receive waits for your approval in Uploads › Incoming files: you can Accept or Reject it, or accept everything at once.

Would you rather have everything come in without lifting a finger? Tick Auto-approve (skip moderation), then Automatically add to slideshow: new photos are placed at the end of the slideshow, even while you are editing.

Free plan limits

On the free plan, a project holds up to 15 photos, including your guests' uploads, and does not accept videos: a video sent by a guest is refused, even if the link allows it. The Premium plan, at €9 per project, will lift these limits; it is coming soon. Full details are on the Pricing page.
